I had already set the system locale to Japanese and I had other Japanese games running without any issue.
However I couldn't get this game to work. The game doesn't launch after double clicking it.
Which site to get an emulator that works for this game? Thanks.

Hello. I just checked the game myself, the game works on Windows 7 through the emulator without NTLEA problems
Try to install the emulator on Windows 10
1.Download the archive
2. Extract
3.Click NtleaGUI
4.Uninstall
5. Ok
6. Go to the game
7. Right-click on the game icon
8. Go to Load Skunk4.115eng in Specifiled locale
9. Other
10. Ok

I had downloaded NTLEA emulator and had try all the steps mentioned, however the game still does not launch after double clicking it.
Step 8 is to choose Other locale correct ? Do I need to change any of this setting with the Other locale window? Attached here for reference, many thanks!
