I did download Cross Days scenes and extract with keep broken file but look like it lost some scenes,i only got scenes 2,9,10,11,12,14,15,21,22,23,25,28.

I don't think so. Probably some scenes with Kotonoha belong to other games (Summer/Cross Days).
