Well, sex sells lol. The better the quality, the better it sells. The physical version of this game has been selling like hotcakes and is almost sold out already. No doubt this has a lot to do with not being available for free through pirating as well. I actually like that, because this way the developer gets more money and as a result we could finally get better quality games, more animations in particular (bigger budget = more options).

It's not hard to put aside $100 for quality stuff like this and become part of the progression, rather than part of the problem which holds that progress back. I pre-ordered mine through proxy but it's combined with stuff that releases end of April, hence looking for it online since it's a long time to wait for that. Np waiting for it with that in mind even though this is my most anticipated game apart from Milk Factory games, which is also a rare progressive H-game brand that should also be supported with a lot of money.

The dream would be a delayed release of Amakano 2 because dayum, imagine an Azarashi Soft game with Piromizu art and a bunch of animated scenes (including climax outside animation) :^)

I understand this feeling of supporting the developers, mainly because i'm in that road as a game developer. Because of this i don't download VN/Eroge/Nukige that are released in western and buy they directly from publisher, but for most of us because of country reason we can't buy it. I Can't purchase or import a game that are $100 especially when dollar is 5 times your coin (yen is slightly more) and yet without counting taxes , purchasing online has the same problem (not taxes but payment methods are a problem)

Update: After selling out on Toranoana, it has also sold out on Melonbooks now. Wow, never saw a H-game sell out so fast after release before.

What you say is also not entirely true. Anime doesn't technically fall under the pornography category and is considered as "art" instead. Same reason you're allowed to upload stuff like hentai scenes on Youtube. The big alert factor is when characters appear on the cover which look like minors (below 18 years old). Same reason that's not allowed to be uploaded on Youtube. Pretty sure you'll be just fine importing this game for example, containing only beautiful busty women who are clearly looking like they're older than 18.

Even if your country somehow has a special law against this, it'd be an exception to the above rule which makes it a minority, so it's not a good counter argument. The fact is also that a majority of the people who pirate are leechers who could easily afford to support a few specific artists / games they really like; they just don't because "free st00f pl0x". And many good things in life have ceased to exist because of that, including all H-game brands who were devoting budget towards animating as much as possible to make the H-scenes look great, for example: G.J.? , MBS Truth, Ole M. Atelier Kaguya survived only because of how big and popular they are in Japan.

There needs to be a large scale realization that the only thing which is holding the H-game market back from becoming great / progressive = people saving money on literally anything you can save money on. That money is now going towards gacha / mobile games instead, which allows said developers to milk the consumers instead (mainly their wallet, lol). For example, I spoke with a person who spent $5k on Kamihime Project trying to get a girl he wanted and didn't get her. It's no wonder that companies such as Lilith went this route. Don't be surprised to see more games like Project QT in the future either.

Wow, this is impressive this H-game is selling so fast! I'm happy about that, I would like some games have animated things like this, become this more "usual"

Yeah, but the problem is not law against this type of things, my country for example is way open about culture of others, the problem is when your game take about 65% from the minimum wage of a low or recently started job and if caught in inspecion, which can in my country rules cuz of price, you take more taxes to pay so this consume about 75~80% and i'm not joking about this, This may not be applied in download version of the game but the H-game is way to expensive in most people reality to buy.
certain money can be yet be saved to buy games(At some cost), that's true! But in my case I'm pickly about games in general, that's why I don't risk doing this when games releases. So, I buy those in western publishers that are accessible and with a good price. Most of my purchased H-game are which I downloaded and played before western release, I didn't have to buy because I've played already and yet I did to support developers, some people have different ways to support what they love. It's true that half is people that are leechers, but many people can't support directly.
