I assume you saw the translation on ulmf, which was made by a user called capu00002. (https://ulmf.org/threads/autonoe-emilias-inn.13995/#post-1119399)
I trust capu and whatever he posts because my anti-virus software hasn't detected anything, and more importantly, his translation to English is on point.

On ulmf, only the translation was provided, so I had to find another site to use. I used hentaibedta, which I've used multiple times before safely.
