In case Windows 10 x64 doesn't work, I have confirmed the operation of this game on Japanese Windows 7 SP1 x86 (VirtualBox 6.1)

Note: I was not able to successfully grab the relevant text via Textractor

Additional notes: When I first tried using the game exe (AVG3217D), it launched but black screened. Then I adjusted AVG3217D by right clicking and using the Windows 95 compatibility mode option. The game then started in full screen. I changed it to windowed mode and was still able to launch the game after disabling the compatibility mode option later. There is eerie music at the start of the game.
