I've installed the game and launched the disk, but just can't open nb_launcher.exe.
Still running win 10 japan, daemon tool, locale immulator.

All questions to your locale immulator, on windows 10 japanese operating system there are no problems you described.

The 32bit setup clean was provided, I have tested works on both intel processor and ryzen.
Why it doesn't work for you can only be answered by your computer builder.
There was originally a 16-bit setup. (only windows 95/98/ME).

Sounds like a problem with something in your system box (or windows problem).

Tested on 64 bit system, 32 bit exe due to built-in microsoft software in windows system should work (since you are the only person who wrote that there are problems with launching).

So I even tried my other computer with the same setup, still can't run nb_launcher.exe. I just don't know why......
However I tried to get another file from another website, and run it on win XP simulator (VM virtual box) and it worked !
Still, thank you for spending time helping me.
