Run using crack_for_mama , a diolog will appear asking you where you got the crack
Just write either "kf" or "as" or "anime-sharing" or "绯月"

My experience may shed some light: before reading the instructions above I put in "www.anime-sharing.com", which did not work, subsequently I too, couldn't get it to work despite a reinstall. So I figured something was left behind...
The problem:
At "C:\ProgramData\Mai\Mai_Crack_src_Check_0" was stored reg.bin deleting that folder and retrying worked for me. Using Win 7 64 bit JP Location emulated
