I did on the first one and It says

I'm doing it from file factory .. Am I extracting wrong?

Given that I downloaded the same files ten minutes ago without any errors, I'd say the error is on your side. My guess, as already stated above, is a broken download.

I have an image of what it's doing .. it's got a little lock symbol : / Capture.PNG
Do you have any idea on what I can do to fix this ? because this isnt the only download this is happening on ...

Looks like you're downloading the landing page instead of the archive file.
