Looked through everything, posted in several places; this manga I'm looking for still isn't identified. Help?

I think the last time I saw it was on fakku/e-hentai galleries, however I can't find it in my favorites. Neither website's search is the best, even with multi tag searching, because a lot of things aren't tagged properly. No other websites are showing anything related, and this still hasn't been found after posting on several other websites.

It wasn't translated when I saw it, but it might be now. It also looked to be more modern (probably made at earliest ~2006). Anyway, I think it starts off with a boy and girl at school, most likely strangers to each other, and they start to have sex after a while. The girl had dark, long hair and I think the guys might have been faceless like this.

Nothing too extreme in the first part, and I don't think the two started a relationship or anything afterwords. The last part of it I'm pretty sure is a little shorter than the first part. Anyway, the same girl is in the nurse's office(maybe a club room, but pretty sure nurse's office) for whatever reason, and two guy students come in. They eventually start having sex and then it ends with another guy coming while they're having sex and being greeted by her, possibly also invited by her to join in. Doesn't seem forced or rapey in any way that I can remember. If it helps the art style wasn't too realistic in terms of proportions of facial features , probably similar to these styles.

The only other detail I think I can give is that the artist might have worked on non-hentai anime/manga more often, though plenty of artists do both.
