  1. Torrent threads need to follow the rules for the section they'd be otherwise posted in.
  2. Torrents should be seeded until there are ten at least ten other seeds.
  3. Only use trackers which allow you to.
  4. Do not use trackers which frequently (Monthly or more) shift their announce URL.
  5. The torrent file has to be attached to the post.
