I've been looking for this game everywhere, it's a new game but I can't find it.
It's part of Liquid black box but it's sold separately

FYI, this game is the same one as was released in "Liquid Black Box".

It even states so on the official site:
本製品はLiquidより発売された「Liquid Black Box」に収録されている「淫蟲猟域」と同内容のものです。

So, if you really, really, REALLY want this, you can always just get the
full "Liquid Black Box". (Assuming that bandwidth is not an issue)
