It was released yesterday 2-12-2011, and i was wondering if anyone has seen it released 720p anywhere yet

Are you referring to the 7th OAD (episode 6)? If so there is no 720p release, unless its upscaled, as the source was DVD only and no Blu-Ray was ever released. So unfortunately we have to make do with the 480p releases.
