I recall someone from the Akuochi discord community message the author and ask for the script for the CG. They ask one of the mod who could speak in English and Japanese to speak to the Twin Quiet author. Unfortunately, the author couldn't provide any but he would consider translating it to English later. I supposed that was the result from that conversation.

Is that the corruption reddit discord or some other one? I think this one is a fan translation so I don't know if the author had anything to do with it, could be wrong though

Yeah, there is a corruption discord. Some of the corruption Pixiv artists, writers are there. If it is fan translate, then my bad. I thought it was an official release.
