Help how to extract resources from eroge games?

Game resources extract are common I see, we can find them easily in any cultured sites. Mostly contains sprites characters images, H images and bg. What about sounds? I wanna extract some sounds from Lunesoft eroge to be used as ASMR. How do I do this? the files are in *.pac format
