Need help finding Flash game data

I'm walking through "Kankin Shoujo [Re:Union]", which is a flash game with a single save state. I'd like to manage saves on my own, but I can't find where the data is stored. I could make multiple copies of the game directory, but none of the timestamps have been updated and if the data is elsewhere that won't do any good.

Is there a reliable method of tracking down save data for a flash game (which is in a Windows executable, BTW)? Thanks for your help!

I was able to find the folder by searching for 'dieselmine' on my C: drive. Luckily it was not named with Japanese characters...

There are a few ways to determine where the save file is stored.
Most of the times it will be in Documents, Saved Games, under AppData\Local (Programs or Virtual Store) or under AppData\LocalLaw, AppData\Roaming
& in very rare cases the save can also be stored in the registry.

So you can search for it manually, or by using the windows search or you use something like Process Monitor.
