Don't think there's much point in getting this version. You can get the old PC version with the Japanese version of the translation patch. Kind of an oxymoron, lol, but it exists. It adds all the great updates to the game, just without the translation. E.g. uncensored CGs, higher quality music...

Rather that any crack, grab the update released here https://august-soft.com/support/aiyoku/ that removes DRM. Though it adds a Japanese Win check, so you might need Locale Emulator.
