After mounting the iso the install icon was a skull and crossbones, Is that normal, it looks to dangerous to install to me.

Can you please tell me how to launch this eroge? I downloaded it using the uploadstation link and after I extracted the archived folder I tried to launch it by clicking the HITOMIML.exe but all I keep getting is this message "Can't use the connected file GGD". These are the files in the folder...
