I've been getting this weird bug when using new postions, downloaded the EMF patch but not sure whats wrong

[Patch] Honey Select - MF Patch + EMF Patch

I've reinstalled this patch after reinstalling the game but I can't find the bondage outfit which I thought was a DLC item, do you know how I'd be able to get this? I'm not sure if it was in an older EMF patch or not.
