For me, it's definitely https://vndb.org/v14779. I like how more of the focus is on the heroine's thoughts while cheating, rather than the MC's, and the MC is not really pathetic like most NTR titles. Also, the NTR guy genuinely loves the heroine too. No blackmail, no rape, just a little pushing...
