I can't see the page you linked to for some reason, but you can just change your system locale to Japanese instead of using Applocale.. (Control Panel>Region and Language>Administrative>Change system locale>Japanese>restart)

I don't know much about this, but I recommend cleaning your registry. C4 errors are usually related to that. I personally use CCleaner. I hope that helps.

I don't know if you haven't solved this yet, but if you still need help then could you please take a screenshot of the game folder? Save files could be anywhere in the folder. I've also noticed that some games have their save files in My Documents..

Well, this one says that the file isn't supported/ it's not the file that corresponds with it.. That one says: The file is not found. Please rename angle 1 character + exe file name. Or something like that.. My Japanese sucks, I'm sorry..:S It could mean rename the angle 1 character to the exe...
