Hi! Did you try to run it with Ntleas by any chance ? If not, just download it from the official page and launch the game with it (settings are pretty obvious, just put japanese everywhere). I guess it won't fix the error message, but then you will probably be able to display it correctly at least.

The error message tells you that data got erased/corrupted(?) and asks you to re-install the program/game(?). Then it asks you if you want to continue the execution, if yes it won't run as it would normally if no the program will be closed.
