I think without SF key no one that doesn't own it can crack it, since you cant reproduce the start action, anyways only persion I can think of capable is the guy who made alpharomdie (azure)

Traced it down to a codec conflict issue, if you have any codec packs installed make sure you fully uninstall them. (my conflict was with sonic stage, openmg)

I got my game elsewhere, but the patch posted above is saying the file is already patched or crc mismatch, I think it's a fake patch or they compared the files wrong, is anyone else having luck? Fixed it with v2 patch., thanks to patch creator!

I can run the game however right at the first animation it crashes with that same error you get, glad im not the only one, on the bright side the game works , I tried it in windows xp and it plays fine so I just skipped the problematic part and copied the save back to my pc, it must need a patch...
