Yeah, actually, I just thought of my system locale a little while ago. I'm on a new computer and it turns out that I forgot to change my system locale to Japanese... Something I would forget since I normally switch it to Japan and leave it like that, permanently, and never worry about it again...

Wow, I never noticed this thread got two new posts. If your game isn't starting, you probably need to change your system locale to Japanese. Installing the Japanese language pack would probably be a good idea, too. Just in case you don't know how, and for anyone else who visits this thread...
