Filemonster does not work for many people

For me reversal.exe crashes game after clicking start??? in main menu. The window title and text in readme is mojibake.. Tried running with nteas (japanese locale) which crashes even before main menu... can someone please up originals? http://pastebin.com/pE7hwR1T

Anyone else having unexpected end of archive problems? The 4 part *.Rar, Tests and extracts without errors. So it seems my download was error-free. but the zip throws a "unexpected end of archive" error. Did a zip repair, and everything extracts except for tf14.wmv, which is corrupted? Just me?
