you don't need to do all this or even use VNR just use ITHVNR (hongfire) and use any parser you like.

if you use chiitrans to parse the text it will fix that for you automatically and probably translation aggregator too

I'm using win 7 64bits, maybe the problem is on our end when we uncompress the files.. somehow they break? weird because it's the first time this happens but who knows, also there is now way to know that since there are no hash to actually check. Either way the last version I share is working...
