I finally 'bit the bullet' and got a Planet VPN paid membership. 10 dollars a month and I only check for the 'good stuff' only about every six months on DLSite so it was worth it for 20 dollars a year.

Thank you! Yes! Vagrantsx is a good game company but their games are seriously obtuse in how to get through them. Unfortunately the guide is not clear enough or I am seriously obtuse. Going to need a step by step (i.e. location by location) walkthrough for this or better yet a saved game.
