To be honest it looks more like an HCG from an eroge than a hentai screenshot.
I also can't think of any that would censor breasts.

Do you have some more information - year made, production company, etc.?

I've seen it randomly from a porn site. But sadly the video is not playing or is not there anymore. So i just got the thumbnail picture.

I was the one who censored it. lol just to play safe.

I remember some Naruco Hanaharu Poster hanging somewhere and it also had censored Nipples so maybe there are some harsh censorship rules for public. on topic, I gonna crosspost this ^^
