I have read some english comics
and seen this sentence
''How'd you ever fall for a douche like Kyle?''

I don't know what it means.Would somebody tell me what it means?

Well.... I don't want your parents or older sister/brother blaming me later but, it's probably an insulting question intended to the recipient.

The word "douche" is used mostly in english and american flicks/movies as an insult. And it's a kinda vulgar.

Douche is a more insulting slang for stupid/idiot/moron/etc..
It's based on a certain product of the same name that's quite insulting.

So it's like
"How did you ever fall in love with an idiot like Kyle?"
