I wonder if it`s similar to how Goats freeze up and/or pass out when they`re frightened? I mean, if I was a chicken and a very large foreign being with elongated appendages stuck my head under my wing and started swinging me around like a mad man it`d probably scare the hell outta me.

they're raised organic so they taste much different from chicken you'd buy at a store~
but we never ate ours, most of them died :(
