Hi i would like to request for the movie Takanashi Rikka Kai: Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! Movie
1080p if possible :D

The real problem is that I can't find it ANYWHERE. I've been hardcore searching for the past hour and a half trying to find it for you, and I seriously just can't find it anywhere...

I feel your pain bro. Maybe someone could try contacting a fansub group and see if anyone's interested in doing it. I'd try either FFF, Anime-Koi, or maybe Hatsuyuki? They have the best quality encodes as well as translations in my personal opinion. It's worth a shot don't you think? Or maybe you could provide a raw encode or something? Maybe that would give them some incentive? :)
