a Shrine Maiden (also known as Miko) are maidens in Shinto shrines (not the same rank as priests, closer to altar boys). They sweep the shrine, do ceremonial dances, perform music, flank the priest at prayers, freshen the offerings, operate the fortune telling lottery, and in most modern shrines run the knickknack and good luck charms shop. Historically, they used to be mediums and oracles. they can also be hot!

LIKE REALLY REALLY HOT!!!

or does miko only count as 0,5 cause usually wear long skirts and sandals instead of the shown shoe ?

My issue with shrine maidens or nuns for that matter is they all look they same, though I find shrine maidens usually have the same appearance outside of their outfit too...thats why I'm usually more attracted to the head shrine maiden or nun - their "special" and have a little more character design effort. Ya know?
