The subtitles are embedded into the file. Make sure you haven't deactivated displaying them and are using a proper player like MPC, kmplayer2, or PotPlayer.
If you're using VLC, Windows Media Player, or anything of the like, be safe in the knowledge that there's a 99% chance these crappy pieces of software are causing the screw-up.

Are subtitles selected to be displayed ~~and have you chosen the correct subtitle track~~?

EDIT: Downloaded and tested it. There's only one subtitle track and it's working fine.

Thank You! One last thing I am trying transfer this anime to my ps3 but i dont get the subs with it, is there a way where i can convert the mkv file to ps3 but still have the subtitles on? Because the subtitles only show when i play it on km player.

I'm assuming the PS3 doesn't support soft-/embedded subs, meaning you have to convert the files.
