I need some help.

I'm trying to play a renai by Anastasia and as soon as the windows opened it starts running but there's no picture.

I checked options and setup and everything was set, I tried full screen and window screen, and I restarted my computer again and again ... and still it's running dark.

What is this problem? Who knows how to fix it? How shall I prevent this from happening again? Any help will be great.
