I think the items under -meola- are actually illustration books, you can see it in the commentary box from toranoana for [f] and [A.L 03]. But I have no idea why they are listed in discography if they really are art books.

I'm not entirely sure about 'wall in the presence'. My guess is that it is an iTunes only distribution.

About 'DEAR', I cannot find a lossless one but there is one in mp3.
