hi excuse me but do you happen to know if this game run on win10 or if there is a way for it to work i haven't been able to figured out so if you could help i'll be deeply greateful

You can use VMware player or VirtualPC + WindowsXP Japanese.

Or you can try to set a compatibility mode:
