Either one works.

Rename SugarStyle_恋人以上夫婦未満アフターストーリー.exe to SugarStyleFD.exe if your text hooker or Windows have any problems with Japanese characters in file names or paths and change H-codes accordingly:

By the way, unlike the original Sugar*Style that still works under Windows XP, this fandisc doesn't.
However, Windows XP compatibility can be restored by using KernelXP and a hex editor of your choice to patch the executable as follows:

Place KernelXP.dll in the game folder because the game will now require it. The DLL linked here works for sure:
