I forgot to mention you guys have to use Local Emulator or NTLEA if you don't have a Japanese edition Windows. By now everyone should know WILLPLUS game (Pulltop, ensemble, and a bunch other smaller brand) and their engine behaves like that

hey guys i downloaded it and the game works fine but the patch which i assume makes it into english doesnt work. it says something about internet security and wont even let me open it.

Don't know if anyone still looks at this game, but I DLed the Local emulator, setup the game, and everything works fine except the character voices are missing. I can see the text and hear the bgm and everything, except for the voices. Any ideas on what's wrong and how I can fix? Thanks
