No can't do that. If you use ITH with a game it catches the text in threads like KiraKira1, GetGlyphOutlineA, BGI...

The Thread you must choose for this game is named QLIE2.

As long as I used the 2014er Version of ITH 3.0 it always appeared. Had the same problem with Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai -Dreaming Sheep-, because I had the old ITH 3.0 there.
