It's not playable for me, i get this Error:

Local System Settings are all japan, also the Location into Windows is set to Japan.

I don't have Problems with other games
... any Ideas?

You just need to patch the game exe, use the patcher (Patcher-Build20121001.zip) from this thread : Link
