It looks like it only affects her character art in the non-CG dialogue scenes, and only for the main girl Korona.

That's what I meant with "stand cgs".

It's said that the "heroineS'" prison clothes will be changed. So it might also be applied to the other characters. Or maybe each character has their own patch.

The patch adds a button in the bottom left corner of the options menu. It lets you switch between prison/bondage style clothing for Corona, Aria and Melissa.

Install the game, install patch, then run the crack. Should see this button for changing clothing.

Just drag Osioki.exe and drop it into AlphaROMdiE.exe should open the game. I believe its supposed to automatically make a new cracked shortcut but it wasn't for me. Doing that every time was annoying so I'm using this instead: http://www.mediafire.com/download/dqqnw6a7n9onlb5//
