Installed, updated the game and added the bonus stuff. Game worked fine. have you tried installing it with local set to Japan instead of using applocale?

i am using windows 8.1 Pro

Have you tried starting the game CM3D2 from the 32bit or 64bit executable? My install worked fine on a normal non-applocale install, the only problem is the launcher fails to start the game.

Nope it's a stand alone install and setup from the original, with better 3d models, textures, more fluid movements etc.

Make sure you have the right ISO mounted, there should be 3 ISO's : Disk 1 : Disk 2 : DLC

Extract the ISO from the above archive then mount the "VOL_201507061356.ISO" to get the DLC

Just to let people know , BETA version of HF patch has been released on Hongfire by Inquisitor. Not a full translation but enough to enjoy the game. I'll say again version is a BETA , use it at your own risk.

It's beta so it may cause some issues , it might not, and no it's not dangerous. It's a first release and nobody fully tested it yet. Back up your saves etc, just in case.
