Hmm, out of the 5 games included in this pack only 2 of them actually work. The other 3 show a "This product only works on the inside of Japan" message. I tried various patches I found but no luck.

Try NTLEAc or Locale Emulator.
You may also need Japanese regional setting, timezone, location and date format all change to Japan to play those games.

Regarding the regional setting I changed it to Japanese from the very beginning. Now, is Locale Emulator the same thing as AppLocale? Because if it is then I do not thing it will work. I have never heard of NTLEAc though. Also, it seems this problem is common for games from Delta and Triangle.

Ntlea or locale emulator doesn't work
all regional settings are already japanese
we need proper patches to run the games

Override the file, than start the game with START.exe

This engine is seriously traumatized about region settings, at one point the program was checking the the IP range and Windows programdata files to make sure the windows was really jap and in japan. That's probably why Locale Emulator and noregion loader was not working.

Please feel free to reupload the files, not sure until when the mediafire links will be up.
