Ok,I Already solve it myself,after a sequence of reinstalling it many times :D

I already patch the MDF with Og_patch.Ne2(neo 32),and patch it with update 1.0.2 Maybe my way of patch it is the problem :s or maybe I shall upgrade my windows XP to Seven and,wait awhile,I'll back with my installation screenshot,maybe you can detect what wrong on it Thanks before
