Grew up in a close-knit and loving family, with my parents back in my home country; my siblings and I, however, are in very different parts of the world now.
As a child, I learned martial arts and the philosophies behind each and even kept it up to this day; love mangas, animes, and Japanese history and culture; quite often, I'm mistaken for being Japanese because of my looks, and add to it my ability to read, write, and speak the language (albeit fluently), I'm actually not Japanese.
Life is full of ironies, but keeping the good ones is what makes it so fun and interesting.
