A couple of thoughts, 1st do you have ALL (2005-2019) x86 & x64 Microsoft Visual C++ installed? If you are not sure, MajorGeeks has a link to a good AIO version. 2nd do you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 enabled? Not just the current 4.7.2 version. Hope this helps.- CarterTaz
