Okay, so I gave up on AppLocale and tried NTLEA. Installed windows 7 registry file & NTLEA ran the game but the dialog isn't in English, only the menu icons are. Right click > Execute by ntlea(r) and (s) does nothing, it requires me to select a program and even after I select ntlea still nope...- aleeterninja

I've played Captive Market and found this little gem out, but i'm having problems installing it on Windows 7 Normally through conventional means i'd either install a game then boot it up with AppLocale like Sengoku Rance or just boot a game up directly (LBK-30051 Captive Market).
