The save file for the Japanese version works, but you have to rename it to whatever the English save file is called

I didn't have to do anything--I installed it normally, didn't use Locale-Emulator as usual (not to my C: drive), ran it once, then installed the patch and it ran again. I am running Windows 8.1 64-bit.

So whats the story with this, does it have a virus because now the download is also flagged as potentially dangerous by my browser - which I never get from this site and I'm not getting from other downloads here.

Somebody mentioned it was hack and I'm curious if it was hacked so it could run or if its been hacked to install a virus. Do we know the origin of this release?
