Make sure Disc 2 is mounted with the same drive letter as Disc 1's, so you may have to unmount Disc 1 first if your virtual drive software mounted Disc 2 with another drive letter instead of replacing Disc 1.

The game itself is already 18+. The 1.01 update is just a bug fix patch.

What you want to seek for is probably the "nude patch", which has never been shared since day 1.
