Use Textractor, its text thread called "Pal" is correct. Textractor shows H-code it's currently using for a given text thread, take it from there if you want to use it with other text hookers.
I'd have posted it but I only tested it with the trial version and the full game looks so trashy (just like everything from erectlip, it's amazing how they manage to consistently shit out nothing but garbage) that I don't want to bother with downloading it.

So I've had another look at this shit and it seems there's a fairly universal H-code for all the garbage erectlip shat out in the past 6 years or so.

/HS8@0:Pal.dll:PalFontDrawText

This works with the trial of 爆乳淫乱家庭教師 (from 2013), with the trial of this game (from 2015) and with the trial of their latest game (from 2019), so I suppose it works for their full versions, for everything in between, and then maybe some more.
However, not all text hookers are compatible. I know that ITH works and ITHVNR does not.

If only quality games were this easy to hook, as simple as looking at the most obviously named function in the export table of their shared DLL.
