It seems that the "EXTRA[P]code" extra scenes from the original edition are already in place once the original storylines are finished/unlocked, so no more crack is needed for them this time (the usual nodvd crack is still needed to be performed though).

Edit: Oops, sorry - I thought those after stories are EXTRA[P]code. You need the old config.pac (renamed config.pac.bak after Reconnection is installed) and the old patched exe to play it.
